Just a little update!

Not much has been going on in the Singleton home lately. We dont see much of Byron except on the weekends. He has been working 80 hours a week, YES, a WEEK! I hate it. He has got to be getting so exhausted. But somehow he is like the energizer bunny, he just keeps going and going and going.

I got together with Katie again to make hair bows. This is what I have made so far. I bought tons of ribbon, so I need to get busy and make more. These can also go on headbands, which is all that Sydney can wear right now since she doesn't have any hair. After she outgrows her headbands and grows some hair, then I can put them in her hair. Everyone knows that I am uncoordinated and not very crafty. But I guess even I can make something cute. At least I think they are cute.

The other day we walked to the park. Landen loves it there. I have the hardest time getting him to leave. He usually cries all the way home. He is such a little dare devil. When he first tried out the slide, he was a little bit nervous and wanted me to hold his hand. Now he walks up there all by himself and goes down all by himself. When he gets off of the slide, he laughs and makes a joyful sound like he just had the best time of his life. Then he runs back to the stairs to climb back up and go down the slide again. It is so cute.
I bought this work station off of Craigs list. Landen loves it! The only bad part about it, which the lady whom I bought it from warned me about, is that some of the tools are really noisy. After a while, you get tired of all the noise and want to throw the toys away. But at least it keeps him occupied for the most of the day.

I just love my little smiley Sydney. She is so dang cute! I love it when she talks to me. The close up picture is of her talking to me. It's so adorable. If I'm not paying attention, she cries until I look at her. Or she will put on a little pouty frowny face. If I walk out of the room, she starts to cry until I come back to pay attention to her. Thank goodness for the vibrating chair or else I would get nothing done. She is definatley a GIRL! Drama already! But we love her. She has such a cute personality.

Landen and Sydney are growing too fast and I am missing it. I need to visit more often. Looks like Landen is having fun. Be glad Sydney is a girlie!

I remember those days of 80 hour weeks when Ben first started his business. They were yucky but they paid off in the end:) Your little Landen is going to be asking you pretty soon if he can take his buddies skydiving-just kidding. They just grow so fast-glad you have a dare devil-mine is a chicken!!!

Love the bows! Nicole and I have thought about making some, but neither of us know how to make the bows cute! I know how to make the clips no-slip when you are ready to put them in her hair, if you already don't know. I'm making my order for the wraps tomorrow morning and I'll email you with more details and a time frame. P.S. we are in AZ right now at my parents house for the week. Total last minute trip.
