This past weekend was very busy for Byron and I. We drove to Show Low Friday night. Got up early to go to breakfast in Clay Springs. While in Clay Springs, we went to my cousin's house to see some of the new baby animals that were just born. After that we rushed back to Show Low so I could get ready for my 10 year High School Reunion luncheon. We ate sub sandwiches and chips. Sat and talked to old friends and got sunburned. Sadly, Sydney got the worst of us all. The top of her head and little nose. And she now has a farmer's tan. After the luncheon, we rushed out to Vernon where Byron's family was having a family reunion. We stayed out there for a few hours visting with family. Then we came back to Show Low to get ready for the dinner for my class reunion. While at the dinner I worried about Sydney the whole time. She isn't very good with other people besides me. When I called my mom around 10:00 she had been asleep so far but by the time we got home, she had woken up and was screaming. So then of course she wouldn't go back to sleep till almost midnight. Then early Sunday morning we drove back to Mesa so Byron could get back to nursery on time. Whew, was a fast weekend. I will post pictures of the class reunion and family reunion once I get the USB cord from my brother Jason. I had to use his camera because I didn't plan very well and so the battery on my camera went dead after our trip to Clay Springs.

10 must have's
I was watching Oprah today and it was on being a slumpadinka. I am totally a slumpadinka. A slumpadinka is someone who wears her comfy clothes all the time, such as her pajamas or sweats. You get the idea. Anyways, here are the ten things that every woman must have.
1. Trench coat
2. Black or white turtleneck
3. Black trousers
4. Tunic
5. White jeans
6. Dark jeans
7. Black dress (doesn't have to be the "tiny black dress")
8. White denim jacket or a dark dark blue
9. Cashmere sweater
10. Black skirt
Also, they said every woman has to have a crispy white button down shirt (it has to always be crisp looking)
Looks like I need to go shopping. I only own the dark jeans. But, I don't know how to dress cute, so I wouldn't even know how to wear most of those 10 things.

Santo Tomas
Well I know I haven't posted in a while. There have been a lot of things I have wanted to post about, but never did it. So I will just post about our wonderful week long vacation to Santo Tomas, Mexico. We usually go to Puerto Penasco, Mexico but this year we went about 80 miles further south. It was very nice. The beach was beautiful and when the tide was out you could walk out forever. We were the only ones there except for my sister in law sisters family and one other family was there but left shortly after we arrived. It was such a long drive out there that I thought for surely we were lost and had taken a wrong turn somewhere, but we did finally arrive. We had a great time, except for the last three days when Landen got sick, throwing up and really bad diarrhea. (Which he still has the diarrhea. I'm not very good at enforcing the BRAT diet) That was not fun. And then Sydney would only sleep if she slept with Byron and I. (She finally cut a tooth, so that will explain the fussiness and screaming and knawing on her hands, and waking up all hours of the night.) So many sleepless nights, but it was all worth it to be at the beach. I couldn't believe how many dolphins we saw. It was so awesome. One of the times we saw dolphins, Anthon drove Halee, Sherry, and I on the jet ski to see them. They were so close to us and there were so many of them. It was the coolest experience. They would follow us and swim all around us. I wish I had a water proof camera with me.
