I am sitting here bored at my parents house. Everyone is gone at church. I hadn't planned on being here on Sunday so I didn't bring any church clothes. I guess even if I had, I still wouldn't have gone. You see this pregnancy is not going so well. Let's start from the beginning. When I found out I was pregnant, I had a little mornging sickness. As each new day came, it slowly started to get worse. Thanksgiving weekend, my baby girls 2nd birthday party, I actually missed it. I had been throwing up all the previous day and all that day. So my sweet mother in law took me to the urgent care (not sure why this is underlined and highlighted. so don't click on the link.) so Byron could stay at home with the other party guests. I received some fluids and some medication to help with the nausea and a prescription. That has seemed to help keep the nausea on a down low.
We came up to the mountains for Christmas. I was doing fine until about two hours prior to our annual Christmas Eve party. I started throwing up and couldn't stop. This went on until Saturday morning when I woke up feeling a little better. Probably because I hadn't thrown up at all during the night. So I missed a yummy Christmas Eve dinner, our yummy Christmas morning breakfast and the fun of Christmas. At least my kids still seemed to enjoy their Christmas gifts. Byron had to leave to go back to work. Yes, he had to work on Christmas Day. So he will return in a few days on his day off to come and get me. As of right now, I still can't really eat normal. I am just trying to keep liquids down right now and a few solids.
So I am pretty sure this baby is a boy. I was really sick like this when I was expecting Landen. I guess only time will tell.
Now, I dont write this for you to have pity on me. It's just one of the joys I have to go through to bring a baby to this earth. NO! It's not fun, but it will all be worth it in the end. I just hope the worst of the sickenss is behind me now.
I will post pictures of our Christmas when I get back into town later this week. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

TA DA
Well I decided to finally tell everyone the great news!!! We are expecting baby number 3. Expected date of arrival is July 10th. My sister Sherry and I are 4 days apart. My due date is probably wrong cause I had to guess when my period had started. It was either the 2nd of October or the 7th. So the Dr. just went in between for the due date. I'm sure an ultrasound later will tell my real due date. So my guess is that I will have a 4th of July baby, since I have been a week early with both of my other kids. But I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Sydney's TWO!!!
My bsby girl turned two on Sunday. I can't believe it. They just grow up too fast. Byron's family all came over on Saturday along with some friends. (Since it was over Thanksgiving weekend all of my family was out of town of course) I tried to make her a princess cake. It's a little lopsided but oh well. It still looks cute to me. She let Landen blow her candles out. She had just woken from her nap not but thirty minutes earlier so she was still out of it and shy of course with everyone being there. We had a BBQ and just sat around having fun. She opended her presents. She got a cabbage patch doll, a baby doll that goes in the tub with her, some clothes, books, princess crown, and princess toy keys. Thank you everyone who came and for all the presents. She loves them.

OUCH, Thanksgiving
Landen dropped a can on his foot. He cried practically all day and was very whiney. It kept bleeding out too. The nail will probably fall off. Poor thing. I'm sure it hurt.
Poor thing fell asleep with his foot in the air so his foot wouldn't touch anything.
We had a great Thanksgiving at Byron's parents house. Here are a few pics of the kids playing.

I FINALLY DID IT!!!

Well I finally did it. I finally potty trained Sydney. I didn't have to babysit on a Friday a few weeks ago so I took this as an opportunity to do the 3 Day Potty Training program. Of course, she didn't go potty in the toilet all by herself till the end of the third day. She is doing so well. She does have a poopy accident on a very rare occasion. Of course the poopy part took longer than three days, that took like a week. She is so much like her brother. She would just hold it in until she couldn't any more. She has only had two accidents in the middle of the night. I'm so proud of my little baby girl. And I did it before she turned two. Yeah!!!

Halloween
I decided to let the kids help me carve a pumpkin this year. Ok, I did all the carving but they liked to sit and watch me and play with it. Of course, when I put the candle in it and lit it, Landen was like FIRE! They seemed to enjoy it though.

For Halloween this year Landen was a Fire Fighter and Sydney was an Angel. We went to our ward trunk or treat to eat chili and corn bread Friday night. YUM! Then the kids were able to play a few games, cake walk, and went fishing. Then they went trunk or treating to a few cars. Saturday we went around the block in our neighborhood. I figured that was enough and they didn't need a whole bunch of candy anyways. Then we went back to our house and set up our chairs in the drive way. Landen gave all the trick or treaters candy, and HUGE handfuls of it too. Oh well. It got ride of a lot of our candy. However, by then most of the treaters were older. But Landen had almost more fun passing out the candy than he did receiving it door to door. This was my kids first year going trick or treating. Landen's first year we were at Byron's parents and didn't do anything. Last year, Byron's cousin got married on Halloween so we didn't get to go then either. So he sure did have lots of fun this year.

OWY!!
My poor baby girl. We were out on a morning walk and I never buckle my kids into the stroller. They have always stayed in their seats. But she must have leaned over too far and then fell out and I didn't even see it until, bump I ran over her a little bit with the stroller. She landed right on her poor little nose and mouth. That night her lip was so swollen, she could barely close her mouth. I gave her popsicle to eat all day to help the swelling go down, since she wasn't about to hold a bag of ice on her mouth. Byron teased me all week about hurting his beautiful baby girl and hoping it wasn't going to leave a big scar. Now weeks later, she has a tiny red spot on the tip of her nose and between her nose and lip. Byron said I need to put some kind of medicine on it so she won't be called Rudolph. I also noticed she chipped one of her front teeth a tiny bit. My poor baby girl. I do buckle her up now, but she can unbuckle it too.
It really did look a lot worse than the pictures makes it look. And her lip was huge.

FIRE TRUCK!!!
At the end of last month, the fire department brought their trucks to a shopping center parking lot right near us. Landen LOVES fire trucks. So we had to go. Despite that was SO HOT, we still went. The kids were shy about it, but afterwards Landen talked about it all day. Landen wouldn't go inside the truck unless Byron went with him. They also both got fire truck hats, but they wound't wear them of course. But they had lots of fun and it was fun to see Landen's expression with the big trucks.

I'm once again a little behind in my postings.
At Grandad and Grandma Singleton's. Going down the slide. Wee!!!
Landen climbing the stairs to go down the slide.
I made this baby quilt. I told my neighbor I would give it to her when I finished it. Five months later she finally got it all finished.
Oh Man! I'm so not ready for this, but she seems to be. I'll have to start soon I guess.

CAMPING!!!
This is way over due, but oh well. We were able to go camping this year with all of my family over Labor Day weekend. It's a yearly thing my mom's side of the family does. Sadly we didn't even get there till like two in the afternoon on Saturday. So that kinda took out most of our day there. We had lots of fun. Got to ride the four wheelers a little bit on Monday. It rained on us alot, but it wan't near as bad as it was last year. So that was nice. The first night we were there, Landen threw up all over. I don't know if it was from the navajo tacos we ate or if he inherited my weird allergy to smoke.(when i was little, everytime we went camping if I was by the fire too much, I got sick and would throw up.) He threw up last year the night we ate navajo taco too. I think it's time to change what we eat for the following years. Everyone keeps getting sick.

Then two weeks later we were able to go camping with one of Byron's friends from his old job and their family, the Aranda's. We had fun too. It was sure cold though. Luckily, it didn't rain on us for the most part. It sprinkled a tiny little bit on Friday adn Saturday was nice till about 11. Then it poured cats and dogs. That made it difficult to put up the tent and tent trailer. Luckily, the guys did that while us girls and the kids hung out in our vehicles. Poor guys got all wet.
