WE ARE MOVING!!!

Yeah I am so excited!!!! We are finally moving out of our tiny apartment. We are going to join the rest of you out in Queen Creek. My parents own a house out there and they had to evict the renters due to not paying their rent. So we get to move in. Yeah. We will be moving in the next couple of weeks. I can't wait. It will be quite a longer drive for Byron to go to work, but it will be worth it. He is only 5-10 minutes away from work now depending on traffic. Now he will have to drive almost an hour. It will be quite the adjustment for me to do my shopping. I am within 2-5 miles of every store imaginable, inlcuding a mall. So moving out there I will have to drive a lot further to do my shopping. But oh well. I am just exctied to finally be in a house. Landen is going to love the backyard. He loves to be outside. I am also glad to be in a house before the baby comes. It would be really crowded with two kids in our apartment. But then again, I think of how spoiled we as a generation have become. Most young couples now live in huge houses where as when our parents were raising their children, they lived in smaller living quarters and with two or more children all crowded in. Wow! Think what kind of homes our children will be living in.

Latest Update

Well for the latest update on our little family.
This past Saturday Byron had the Lasik surgery done. He didn't qualify for the newest kind of lasik because the Dr. said his cornia was too thin, so he did the older type. Which they say is actually safer. The bad part about the older type is he can't drive for a week. So I have been taking him to work and picking up, which he shouldn't even be going to, but he is stubborn as a mule and won't listen to me. I only hope this doesn't slow the healng process down or ruin his eyes. He was apparently in a lot of pain yesterday. But again, my stubborn little mule won't take the pain meds because he says he likes pain, it lets him know he's healing.
The mean ole wife that I am acutally left him this past weekend to go to my parents house. So his mom had to take care of him. A cousin of mine was in town from Texas and all of us cousins were going to get together. But it is his own fault, he knew I was going to Show Low before he scheduled his surgery. Landen sure did miss him. When we got home last night, every time Byron left his site, he got upset.
Landen is so much fun. His personality is so cute. He is into everything. Every room we go into, he destroy's. I call him my little tornado. It is so amazing to me how fast they learn and pick up on things. They are truly little sponges. He likes to play with my broom. He will try to sweep my floor and then he gets the dust pan, sweeps the fake dirt into the dust pan and then dumps the dirt into the trash can. He loves cords and outlets. Luckily I have the plastic plugs in all the outlets or he will find a cord and try to plug it in. He sure is a chatter box too. I love to hear him talk. He is also letting me know through body language when he wants something. If he is hungry, he goes and stands by the fridge and makes a sound like huhuhhuh. Or he points at things that he wants, or when he is tired sometimes he will grab my hand and take me to his room and lay down on his bed. It is so cute.
I am now only 9 weeks away from delivery. I am hoping she will be early like Landen was, even though my mom would like me to have her on her birthday which is on the 6th of December. So we will just have to wait and see when she comes. We are still undecided on a name for her. She sure is moving around a lot. She kicks me all the time in the ribs and doesn't let me sleep sometimes at night. It is so hard to get comfortable. I guess she is preparing me for when she comes.
Well that is our family in a nut shell.
