In Snowflake, they don't do a 4th of July parade; they only do a 24th of July parade. They celebrate the pioneers that came across the plains. We usually only go to this parade if we are in town and since we finally live up here now, we can go to them.

My friends, Jason and Mindy Matyas, Jason's father passed away suddenly about two weeks prior to this parade. So Jason and his brother Sam drove his car in the parade dedicating his life. The sign says "Just another day in paradise." I guess their father, Larry, would always say that phrase.
